Withdraw from contract

As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving any reason. Fill in the form below — you will receive an immediate confirmation with a reference number.

If you do not know it, leave it blank — we will find it from your e-mail address.

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the MetricMatch service. I acknowledge that if I expressly requested performance to begin immediately, I must pay an amount proportionate to what has been supplied up to the moment of withdrawal.

What happens next

We confirm receipt immediately, and the confirmation stays downloadable. We reimburse all payments within 14 days, using the same means of payment you used, at no cost to you.

This form is one way to withdraw. Simply writing to support@metricmatch.net is equally valid — no particular form is required.
